2) Bring a copy of the registration form along with a copy of your child's birth certificate to Murray Dunn GM, where you will receive a Safe & Fun Hockey package including a voucher redeemable for the free helmet at your nearest Sport Chek store.
Originally this program was designed for only children registered in a minor hockey organization, therefore when registering online please ensure to insert "Nipawin Minor Hockey Association" when you are asked what organization your child is registered in.
