Female Hockey Festival

$75 entry
Each participant will receive:

• power skating session
• dryland session/team-building
• on-ice skills session
• yoga session

Instructor: Triston Gallais U of R Cougars
Triston has been involved in female hockey for many years. She played midget AAA for 3 years with the P.A. Bears. She received hockey scholarships to the University of Regina, where she played with the Cougars for 5 years! She is currently working as a Physical Therapist. She looks forward to bringing her experience and knowledge through female hockey to you!
